SVHOA Board Meeting

Ø Board members present: Mike Sobczak, Phil Raymond, Mike Recob, Joe Carroll, Matt Dana (late), Terry Emery

Ø In memory of Gregg Kilmer, who was killed in an automobile accident last Friday 1/27/05, the SVHOA will donate $100 to the Michigan Educational Savings Program, on the behalf of his children.

Ø Jake DeRouche missed (3) Mens’ games this past period and will not be scheduled for games this period.

MEMBERSHIP MEETING (41 in attendance)

Ø Be sure to check over the game sheets before you sign your name at end of game. If you throw a coach or player out, be sure the score sheet has it written down properly. “Game Misc.” should be on the sheet with players #. It also helps to write the incidence on the back-side of the score sheet (top copy)

Ø Joe commented on the nice job the officials did during the GSAHA Friendship Tournaments.

Ø Next Meeting scheduled for 01-Mar-05. SVHOA Board Meeting at 6:30pm with the Membership Meeting scheduled immediately following (7pm).
