Ø We had (1) complaint from the Flint Bantam coach from the Friendship Tourney.. Apparently, he did not think enough penalties were called on the other team. He did not follow-up with the complaint w/ Michael Sobczak.
Ø Penalty shot situation: Puck is shot and hits post then hits goalie and goes into the net….GOAL
Ø Can the coach ask for a stick measurement? The captain is the one that should ask for the measurement, but depending on the level of the game, honor the request…. Let’s bring a stick in at next meeting and illustrate the proper way of measuring a stick…Also, review the questions that need to be asked before the process for granting a stick or goal keepers equipment measurement.
Ø Players and refs must always where their helmets when on the ice. (Discuss as a board) Goalkeepers on the bench must keep their helmets on.
