SVHOA Board Members in Attendance

· Pay Rate Proposal status - Dave has not provided a reply to our proposals for the 2009-2011 Hockey Seasons. The GSAHA Board was putting a task team together to analyze pay rates around the state. Recob will contact Dave to see if he has accepted our proposal.

We will take nominations for these (2) open positions next month.

· Ken Schueler "Coach of the Year" nominations will be taken at next meeting. Eric Nowosatka made a motion that referees are not eligible for this award.

· When do you designate a game is forfeited by a team that does not have enough players (6) to start the game.

SVHOA Membership Meeting (32 in attendance)

• Congratulations to the SVSU Hockey Team for winning the Division 3 ACHA National Championship.
• Reviewed several game situations:
• Minor & major assessed to one player. Major (5min) is served 1^st and then the Minor (2 min) is served. Total of 7 minutes goes on penalty clock.

• Next meeting: Tuesday Apr 7th 2009 at 6:30pm… Please, check your messages on the website if this changes.
