SVHOA Board Meeting Minutes

Underlined items are to be followed up on.

 

bullet Discussed Men’s League – Not backing down and calling penalties that are supposed to be called.
bullet Terry will be looking into changing banks because we are now being charged a service fee.
bullet Dues will be increasing this year do to the increased cost of operations such as Assignbyweb.
bullet Fees will be as follows
bullet 1st year official - $5
bullet Other level 1 and 2 - $10
bullet Level 3 - $15
bullet Additions to the missed game policy.    
bullet Official will be required to pay fine before they are allowed to get more games.  This applies if the official doesn’t have any other games that month to take the fines out of his check
bullet Matt will be created a form online to report missed games and late officials.
bullet Recommend to let Matt know that you have given a game away.
bullet The following Board Positions have been voted on and approved.
bullet Phil Raymond – President
bullet Nick Horn – Vice President
bullet Matt Dana – Referee in Chief
bullet Terry Emery – Treasurer
bullet Mike Recob – Secretary
bullet John Nowosatka – High School RIC
bullet Eric Nowosatka
bullet Mike Sobczak
bullet Terry will be working on setting up a SVHOA member golf outing for officials only.  Possible dates are September 30 or October 6.
bullet Mike Recob will put a proposal to Dave Westner that Mite Travel Rates will be 15.50 per official.
bullet Matt Dana will be forming a mentoring and evaluation committee.  The committee may include.
